OUR TEAM
Registered Nurses (RN) work closely with you, your family, primary physician, and caregiver to assess your need for services; develop a plan of care based on needs; and periodically monitor effectiveness of plan of care and satisfaction with services.
In-home Aides/C.N.A.s are throughly trained and oriented with the Agency prior to providing care to ensure that they are knowledgeable of our policies and procedures.
Administration All employees are screened through Innovative Healthcare Services, Inc. based on the standards of NC State Bureau of Investigation SBI.
OUR GOALS
PROVIDE
To provide comprehensive coordinated homecare for individuals who exhibit disabling conditions related to a medical condition or the loss of, or diminished ability to independently function as the result of the aging process.
PROMOTE
To promote the effort to decrease the institutionalization of the clients.
MAINTAIN
To maintain a competent and qualified staff with the knowledge in in-home care services and provides resources for continual education of its staff and in- home aides.
